When we manufacture all surfaces are washed, sprayed with Anti Bacterial spray and then wiped down again. Gloves and masks are worn during washed fruit and chilli preparation, mixing, heating, jarring up and lidding processes. When jars are cooled labels are applied. All jars are stored for at least 72 hours prior to distribution.
