Hi folks, we had a super day at The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole (Twitter: @dolphinshopping), Dorset last Saturday. Our best days trading this year. We were also lucky enough to meet some super Chefs who were very supportive of our products. Bini Ludlow, multiple award winning chef, teacher and food producer from Sweet Cumin (Twitter: @sweetcumin) who used our MangoNero and PinaChillero during her fabulous cooking demonstrations and Andy Chu (Twitter: @wokingwithandy) who raved about our StrawBonnet and tells us he has a Belly Pork Recipe that he is going to use it with as an ingredient. We also met the crew and owner of Mr Lees Noodles (Twitter: @mrleesnoodles), "Gluten-Free, No Nasties Gourmet Oriental Cup Noodles", who have some of our flavours to experiment with.
